Shipping policy

We process orders after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, unless a different processing time is clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers will be provided with available tracking information when tracking is available for their selected shipping method.

The shipping cost applicable to an order is displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may legally apply in the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
